Our menus change weekly and sometimes daily, based on the seasons and what’s available.

Our vegetables come from Connie & Tom at East Neuk Market Garden, tucked just behind the Bowhouse.

Our meat comes from The Butchery at Bowhouse, where the animals are raised here on the estate by Pasture for Life principles.

Our flour and grain comes from Scotland the Bread, who grow crops for nutritional value here on Balcaskie.

We source Scottish Cheese through Mellis in Edinburgh.

Bare Bones in Glasgow supply our chocolate.

Coffee from Modern Standard in Glenrothes.
